At Mewa Delicacy Private Limited, we are committed to delivering premium-quality dry fruits to customers. 

Because of the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or different from what was ordered, you must inform us within 24 hours of the delivery. To help us review your concern efficiently, please share the following details:

 

  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Product Name(s)
  • Clear photographs and/or unboxing video showing the product, packaging (including batch details), and invoice
  • Complaints raised beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, refund, or any replacement.                                                                                                                          

 

Once your complaint is received to Mewa Delicacy support team, our team will carefully assess the matter. If the claim is found to be genuine, we may offer:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability)
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue

 

Any product approved for return must be handed over in its original condition, along with the complete original packaging, including box/carton/wrappers/pouch. Any returns without original packaging will not be accepted by the pickup personnel. The Company shall not be held liable for any damage to the product after it has been delivered to the customer.

The Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers has to provide valid bank account details to facilitate the refund.

Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch. Once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Customers are advised to contact us immediately in case of any cancellation request.
